The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to contribute to the design of hospital layouts and infrastructure. - Design and Development:
Assist architects and engineers in developing design plans for hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring that medical devices and equipment are integrated effectively. - Procurement of Medical Equipment:
Prepare technical specifications, request quotations, compare quotes, and coordinate with suppliers to procure medical equipment for healthcare facilities. - Testing and Evaluation:
Conduct performance testing on biomedical equipment to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all biomedical devices and systems used in medical facilities comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and industry certifications. - Collaboration:
Work with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, scientists, and engineers, to translate clinical and operational needs into practical and innovative engineering solutions. - Documentation:
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design reports, equipment specifications, compliance reports, and user manuals for biomedical devices and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in biomedical engineering, particularly in designing medical facilities and systems.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and biomedical software tools.
- Familiarity with medical regulations and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency in healthcare environments.

Site Civil Engineer (Two Positions)

Job Description:
- Review all submittals (MAR, MSRA, PQs, … etc.) for compliance with project standards and requirements.
- Review shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct daily inspections and audits to assess work progress and quality.
- Follow up and coordinate with the project team.
- Oversee the testing of construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel) to ensure they meet specified standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Experience of 5 to 10 years in industrial projects.

Project Manager / Resident Engineer

Job Description:
- Oversee the overall performance of consultancy supervision services across assigned projects.
- Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide leadership in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Maintain effective document control and general administrative processes.
- Manage risk and issue logs, and drive resolution processes.
- Act as the primary interface with external stakeholders, including end-users, asset owners, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities.
- Assist in the evaluation of contractor change requests, claims, and contractual issues.
- Lead critical discussions and negotiations to resolve project challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in project supervision and execution, with a minimum of 10 years in a Resident Engineer or Project Manager role, overseeing at least 2 construction projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
- PMP and PQP certifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and review HSE plans, risk assessments, and safety policies.
- Conduct and review HSE documentation, including lift plans and risk assessments.
- Attend and participate in HSE inspections, surveillance activities, walkdowns, and audits.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience as an HSE Engineer on construction projects.

Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Supervise and assist inspectors and HSE engineers in maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Verify site-related information and work progress quantities.
- Review construction documents (e.g., method statements, mobilization plans) and resolve site coordination issues.
- Represent the consultant during site visits, audits, and inspections in the absence of the Resident Engineer (RE).
- Conduct and participate in site quality inspections, including audits and hold/witness points.
- Ensure continuous supervision for the works carried out by the Contractor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction supervision experience, with 5 years in a similar role in the UAE.

Civil Inspector

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and attend site quality inspections, including surveillance, witness points, hold points, and quality audits.
- Review quality documents, including quality plans, ITPs, test reports, prequalification documents, testing and commissioning plans, and handover documents.
- Participate in inspection tests to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Support the project team in maintaining quality control records and reports.
- Report directly to the Construction Supervisor regarding site inspections, quality issues, and progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Civil Site Inspector role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and construction standards.

Authority Liaison Engineer
Location:

Job Description:
Planning and securing NOC’s and building permits for the projects
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, Preparing the NOC’s and submissions applications for the designs, and coordinating with other departments’ NOC’s relevant to the approvals.
- Preparing the reports of the status of approvals, procedures, and requirements relevant to the issuance of approvals, NOC’s and buildings permits.
- Follow-up and coordination the applications and designs whether at office or online.
- Providing comprehensive databases for the NOC’s, approvals, applications and their statuses, and updating the same regularly.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in buildings and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi
- Must have knowledge in Computer Applications (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office)
- Must be capable of producing reports and presentations.
- Excellent Communication skills with ability to engage with staff at all levels as well as clients and authorities.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English.
