Project Building Material Industrial Park in Belarus

SoW Concept Design, Land Selection & Capital Cost Estimates

 We were tasked with developing the concept for a building material industrial park in Belarus that was intended to house the following:

• Cement plant at the heart of the industrial city as the main raw material feed for the rest of the plants
• Precast concrete products plant
• Dry mortar plant
• Gypsum boards plant
• AAC blocks and panels
• Related logistics, warehousing centers, and support services

We have also participated in the exercise of selecting suitable sites and further developed a capital cost estimate for the entire development.

SDV scope of work was completed in 2008.
