SoW    Concept Design, Technical Study & Capital Cost Estimates

 As a first phase, SDV was tasked with developing the concept of the rice mill project; conducting technical and budget studies and concluding the capital cost estimate for the intended facility.

SDV phase 1 scope of work was completed in 2017.
