SDV is appointed as the engineering consultant for for construction supervision of the SME Incubator – Abu Dhabi

Located within KEZAD, the SME Incubator serves as a strategic platform for startups and small-to-medium enterprises seeking rapid, cost-effective entry into the UAE market. Positioned between Abu Dhabi and Dubai with direct connectivity to Khalifa Port, the incubator offers exceptional access to regional and global trade routes, making it an ideal base for growth-oriented businesses. The project is set on over 55,000 square metre plot, and comprises a combination of fully equipped workshops and a dedicated business centre to support both operational and administrative business needs.
